Expert Router
Saddly I can't find my invoice and may have spelled the company's name wrong.
While getting our condo in Orem ready to sell, my wife and I recently had Expert Router replace our kitchen sink facet and garbage disposal. I think they are an excellent company that does a good job of taking care of their customer and provides service at a good value. I will not hesitate to recommend their services again in the future.
Much to my amazement, Expert Router was able to take a situation where I was very displeased and turn it into something I was very happy with.
They came and replaced the disposal and facet while I was at work. After a recent negative experience with the “professional” installation of my furnace I was determined to make sure the job was done well. As soon as I arrived home in the evening I took some time to inspect the work that had been done. The new facet worked perfectly and significantly improved how my kitchen looked. I was very pleased with it. I then opened the cabinet under the sink to inspect the disposal.
I don't want to focus on the problem I had with the replacement of the disposal because it doesn't matter to me anymore. It doesn't matter to me anymore because Expert Router took good care of me. When I called them up to complain about the job that was done they took everything I said very seriously the first time I talked with them. I didn't have to talk with a manager. I didn't have to get upset. They could have very easily stood by a policy and told me there was nothing they could do about it, but they didn't. The very next morning Export Router sent someone out and took care of the issue free of charge. I am now 100% satisfied with the finished job and with Expert Router.
It was really nice to interact with a company where, as an upset customer, I didn't feel like they considered me an enemy who was trying to cost them more money. I felt like a customer they cared about.
